Social Media/Content Creator:
Looking for a volunteers that love to engage in social media. An ideal volunteer would know or be willing to learn how to create and post for all platforms.
Marketing Assistant:
Assist with marketing strategies to promote the league and attract players, coaches, sponsors, and fans. We will build relationships with the community and work with the social media/content creator and grant writer to ensure to success of Arizona's first all girl youth tackle football league
Grant Writer:
Seeking a skilled and passsionate Grant Writer Volunteer to research, develop and submit complelling grant proposals. XIKON's dream is to bring the overall cost per player down for ALL families.
We will meet with volunteers occassionally to go over specifics; however, most tasks can be done virtually from your home. You do not have to be in the same city.
Open communication is key.
We are also looking for committee members.

Description
XIKON-Arizona Girls Tackle Football is Arizona's first all girls tackle football league. We have partnered with Pop Warner for our first season with them in Fall 2025. We will be forming teams in Maricopa and Pinal county for the first season and plan to expand in other cities and states. Our girls will be 3rd grade thru high school.

- Its not so much time as it is you completing the assignment. Open communication is key in both directions. We want this to be a fun, rewarding experience.
- Meeting in person for initial orientation and periodically as needed. Experienced volunteers are a blessing but everyone is welcome. If you you are willing to learn and volunteer your time to our dream then we are willing to find a place for you.
