We are looking for dedicated volunteers to assist with event preparation at the WorldBeat Cultural Center. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy organization, teamwork, and behind-the-scenes event logistics. Your support will help ensure a smooth experience for our artists, performers, and attendees.
The WorldBeat Cultural Center has Tribute to Reggae Legends 2025 coming up from Friday February 21st, 2025 6pm- Midnight and Saturday February 22nd, 2025 2 pm- Midnight. This position would be just for Tuesday February 18th- Thursday February 20th 2025. You'd be working directly with a WorldBeat Cultural Center Staff at the WorldBeat Cultural Center.

Responsibilities:
Assemble artist and performer packets, including envelopes with essential materials.
Print and organize event programs, signage, and promotional materials.
- Prepare and sort tickets for distribution.
- Assist with packaging and organizing event supplies.
- Support general pre-event administrative tasks as needed.
