At BeyondBias Foundation, we are comitted to creating a future where youth-especially those from underrespresented communites-have the opportunity to excel in education and high-level careers. Through mentorship, support, and access to resources, we strive to break down barriers and empower the next generation to reach their full potential.

Open Board Positions:

  1. Treasurer (Director of Finances and Compliance): Oversees finacial management and maintains transparent finacial records. Ideal for individuals with experience in finance, accounting or nonprofit financial oversight.
  2. Secretary (Director of Governance and Records): Manages legal documents, meeting minnutes, ensuring complaince and organization
  3. Director of Fundraising and Development: Leads fundrasing intiatives, donor relations and sponsorships effords to support our program "Faith and Excellence Program," in Jalingo, Nigeria. Great for those experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor engagement.
  4. Director of Communications and Outreach: Handles branding, social media and pubic relations to increase awareness and engagement. Idea for professionals in marketing, PR, or digital communications.
