About

Volunteer interpreters needed to provide Spanish, Cantonese & Mandarin interpretation & translation for monolingual low income women who have cancer at the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic (CMC).

CMC is a state-licensed primary care holistic health clinic that provides free complementary alternative medicine treatments to low-income women who have cancer. We have been providing these services free of charge for 25 years.

At the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic we provide free acupuncture, massage, herbs and homeopathy as well as social work services to many monolingual women fighting cancer. To best serve them, we need interpreters!

Our next Volunteer training is scheduled for June 4th and 5th
