Z.2 Responsibilities:
The Head of Community Advisory Board shall have the following primary responsibilities:
Community Advisory Board Oversight: Lead and oversee the activities, meetings, and initiatives of the Community Advisory Board, ensuring its alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between the Community Advisory Board and the organization's leadership, fostering collaboration and engagement with the broader community.
Strategic Input: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the organization's leadership based on the input and feedback received from the Community Advisory Board.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the Community Advisory Board and the organization, including the dissemination of important information and updates.
Community Relations: Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that the organization remains connected to the community it serves.
Z.3 Qualifications:
The Head of Community Advisory Board shall possess the following qualifications:
- Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership experience, particularly in community engagement or advisory roles.
- An understanding of the community's needs and dynamics.
