Volunteer with the NoHo Home Alliance and take a community approach to solving homelessness!
Why: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning NoHo Home Alliance welcomes our unhoused neighbors and provides food, clothing, medical services, showers, phone charging, case management and more. Volunteers make this possible.
Who: NoHo Home Alliance's mission is to solve local challenges through advocacy and programs that empower individuals in need to cultivate lives of dignity and that build a healthy community.
What to Expect: We have many volunteer roles including preparing and serving food, sorting and handing out clothing, and handing out mail. We'll work with you to find a role that meets your interests.
What's Required:
NoHo Home Alliance is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
Volunteer shifts are 8:15am- 11:45am or 7:30am -12:30pm.

Description
Volunteers support our Drop-In Access Center. The Center connects with people experiencing homelessness to offer services and build a healthy community. There are multiple roles from helping cook meals, sort donations, to help people learn about their housing options. Outside of our drop in program, there are other ways to get involved, including weekend outreach and all-ages volunteer days.
