Mission Statement
The Jude Roberts Memorial Educational Fund’s purpose shall be to provide educational scholarships and opportunities to students of African descent, with an emphasis on those who are pursuing higher education degrees. Training opportunities and support by way of workshops, seminars and conferences will also be provided for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Description
Jude Roberts was passionate about higher education and encouraged students to pursue their Masters and PhD degrees. He taught at various colleges in the UK before moving to the US. He later accepted an adjunct faculty position teaching Finance in the School of Business at Ramapo College of NJ.
Jude opened his home to provide tutoring with the vision of establishing a larger program to help more students. We feel obliged to continue his legacy by providing financial support to students through the Jude Robert Memorial Educational Fund.
