Videographer / Video Editor for INSPIRE Awards Gala Event

The committee planning the "2025 INSPIRE Awards benefiting Science from Scientists (a 501c3 nonprofit that brings hands-on science lessons to local schools taught by real scientists) is seeking a Videographer and Video Editor to film and edit interviews with several high-level Honorees it is recognizing at its gala. We would like the videographer to also film the event itself, which takes place the evening of Thursday, April 17th, 2025 at Crystal Springs Golf Club in Burlingame.

The video shoots with the Honorees will take place at various times, basically times when we can get on the Honorees' busy schedules, so one shoot might be on a weekday with one Honoree but maybe on a weekend with another Honoree, so some flexibility will be necessary. Locations will range from San Francisco to the South Bay.

The Honorees and guests will all be high-level professionals, so it's a good place to display your work. The committee will acknowledge your work by recognizing you as a sponsor, with an ad in the program and your logo in all marketing materials, including ads in the newspaper.

If you're a seasoned professional, great! But if you're a freelancer looking to build your portfolio, we'd love to speak with you as well.
