Key Responsibilities:

Empowering Volunteers:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Welcome and onboard new volunteers, ensuring they understand TPI's mission and goals. Provide comprehensive orientation and guidance to set them up for success.
  2. Training and Supervision: Train and supervise volunteers across various projects and events, helping them develop new skills and build confidence.
  3. Mentorship Program: Recruit mentors to pair with volunteers, enhancing their experience and providing personalized guidance.

Engagement and Retention

  1. Strategic Engagement: Design and implement innovative strategies to engage and retain volunteers, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms that foster a sense of community and appreciation.
  2. Inclusive Environment: Create a positive and inclusive environment where volunteers feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best.

Communication and Outreach

  1. Volunteer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, addressing inquiries, scheduling needs, and providing ongoing support.
  2. Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to expand volunteer opportunities and build a stronger network of supporters.

Event Planning and Execution

  1. Mission-Driven Events: Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and activities that promote TPI's mission and inspire community engagement.
  2. Logistical Expertise: Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and supply management, ensuring seamless execution.

Data-Driven Insights

  1. Volunteer Tracking: Maintain accurate records of volunteer participation and provide regular statistical reports to management.
  2. Strategic Analysis: Use data to inform strategies for improving volunteer engagement and retention, ensuring continuous program improvement.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  1. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with TPI staff to align volunteer efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Program Development: Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on volunteer program development, helping shape the future of TPI's volunteer initiatives.
