From Pest to Pesto - Weed Wrangle with a twist! Join us at Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve to help remove invasive garlic mustard (Alliaria petiolata). During this first ever event in Fishers that brings together conservationists and herbalists, you will learn why it is important to remove this species, what nutritive and medicinal value is has for humans, and how to use it in your kitchen!
The event will be split into a traditional weed wrangle followed by a culinary demonstration!
Please bring gloves as removal is done by hand.
