Role Overview: We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Event Management Assistant to support our virtual events. This role involves assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual events that inspire and engage our global audience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of virtual events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, registration, and communication with participants.
• Support the technical setup and operation of virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and engaging event experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with virtual event platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for social change and alignment with We, The World's mission.
