About Us: We, The World is a NYC-based non-profit organization dedicated to connecting socially conscious groups to promote peace, justice, and sustainability. Our mission is to inspire, inform, and involve millions in creating a world that works for all. We focus on promoting solutions and actions for social change.
Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Solutions Database Coordinator to join our team. This role involves creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of solutions that our partners are implementing to address various social issues. The aim is to shift the focus from problems to actionable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a database or spreadsheet to track solutions promoted by our partners.
- Collaborate with partners to gather information on their initiatives and solutions.
- Analyze and categorize solutions to facilitate easy access and understanding.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the team on the progress and impact of these solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Experience with database or spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for social change and alignment with We, The World's mission.
