About Us: We, The World is a NYC-based non-profit organization dedicated to connecting socially conscious groups to promote peace, justice, and sustainability. Founded by Rick Ulfik, our mission is to inspire, inform, and involve millions in creating a world that works for all. Our initiatives include the WE Campaign, WE Change Agent Network, and more.
Role Overview: We are seeking passionate and creative volunteers to join our Documentary Production Team. This project aims to capture the essence of We, The World and the inspiring journey of our founder, Rick Ulfik. The documentary will highlight our mission, impact, and the global movement we are building.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to plan and develop the documentary's storyline and structure.
- Conduct interviews with key figures, including Rick Ulfik and other changemakers.
- Capture and edit video footage to create a compelling narrative.
- Assist in post-production tasks, including sound design and visual effects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in video production, editing, or a related field.
- Strong storytelling skills and a creative eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
- Passion for social change and alignment with We, The World's mission.
