Role Overview: We are seeking tech-savvy and enthusiastic volunteers to join our team as Zoom Tech and Livestream Support Specialists. This role involves managing virtual events and ensuring smooth livestream operations to engage our global audience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage Zoom meetings and webinars for various events.
• Provide technical support during live events to ensure seamless streaming.
• Collaborate with event organizers to optimize virtual event experiences.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Zoom and other livestreaming platforms.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for social change and alignment with We, The World's mission.
