Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and dedicated volunteer to join our Leadership Program team. This role involves developing engaging training and presentation materials that will empower leaders and activists globally.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create training materials and presentations for our Leadership Program.
• Collaborate with program leaders to ensure content aligns with our mission and goals.
• Utilize innovative approaches to make materials engaging and impactful.
• Assist in the development of online and in-person training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in creating educational or training materials.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for social change and alignment with We, The World's mission.
