The Miami Brickell Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteer Community and Partner Outreach Specialist. This role is vital in fostering relationships with local businesses, community partners, and residents, enhancing our outreach efforts, and promoting the Chamber’s initiatives within the vibrant Brickell community. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outreach to local businesses and community organizations via phone and email to build partnerships and promote Chamber initiatives. - Assist in developing outreach strategies to engage community members and stakeholders. - Maintain a database of contacts and track outreach efforts and responses. - Collaborate with Chamber staff to organize community events and programs. - Represent the Chamber at community meetings and events as needed. - Provide feedback on outreach effectiveness and suggest improvements. **Qualifications:** - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficient in using email and phone communication for outreach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passion for community engagement and local business development. - Previous experience in outreach, marketing, or community relations is a plus, but not required. **Benefits:** - Gain valuable experience in community outreach and partnership development. - Network with local businesses and community leaders. - Contribute to the growth and success of the Brickell community.
