WinWinLabs, a non-profit organization dedicated to revolutionizing fundraising through gamified platform technology and consulting services, is seeking a skilled and passionate volunteer to join our team as an Embedded Systems & Automation Lead.

As an Embedded Systems & Automation Lead, you will play a key role in designing and developing embedded solutions for WinWinLabs and our customers. You will work alongside other engineers to create innovative solutions that integrate hardware and software for real-world applications.

• Embedded Systems Development: Work on microcontroller-based systems, firmware development, and real-time control solutions.
• Robotics & Automation: Contribute to robotics and automation projects, implementing control algorithms and sensor integrations.
• Feedback & Control Systems: Design and optimize closed-loop control systems for precision automation.
• Testing & Debugging: Ensure reliability and efficiency by performing rigorous testing and troubleshooting embedded solutions.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide and mentor other volunteers interested in embedded engineering and automation.

• Experience in embedded systems development.
• Strong understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Knowledge of robotics, automation, and real-time operating systems (RTOS) is a plus.
• Passion for engineering, problem-solving, and contributing to impactful projects.

• Hands-on experience working with cutting-edge technology in automation and robotics.
