Event Description:
Join us in supporting the Mobile Market Summit at the UCF Downtown Campus and 4Roots Farm! This summit brings together community members, vendors, and experts to explore innovative mobile market solutions. Volunteers are vital to the success of this event!
Day 1: UCF Downtown Campus
- Date: March 19th 2024
- Shift Times:
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM (2 volunteers)
- Shift 2: 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM (2 volunteers)
- Volunteers Needed: 2 per shift
Tasks:
- Event setup and breakdown.
- Operate the registration table:
- Check-in participants.
- Distribute program books.
- Hand out initial swag bags (for on-site use only).
Day 2: UCF Downtown Campus
- Date: March 20th
- Shift Times:
- Shift 1: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM (4 volunteers)
- Shift 2: 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM (4 volunteers)
- Volunteers Needed: 4 for the AM shift, 2 for the Afternoon shift.
Roles and Assignments:
1. UCF Downtown Campus AM shift:
- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Help direct participants to the moble market rodeo
- Prepare lunch boxes for participants to distribute upon arrival.
2. UCF Downtown Campus PM shift:
- man the registration table
- give away secondary swag bad items

HEBNI's committed to reducing health discrepancies among high-risk minority populations by providing nutrition-related strategies to decrease, manage, and delay chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart diseases, cancer, obesity, and hypertension.
