Tropigha Education Center is a school project under Tropigha Farms Limited. The project was established to help and enable workers on the farm to enroll their wards in the project to ensure their education and safety whiles they feel comfortable working and it also gives opportunity to other children from surrounding communities to enroll.

Mission Statement
The Project was established under Tropigha Farms Limited, to provide a learning environment for learners under the guidance of qualified and volunteer teachers. The mission of the project is to enable our learners achieve their full potential today and empowering them to become the global leaders of tomorrow by: - Promoting an ambitious culture of learning and curiosity. - Placing wellbeing at the heart of daily endeavors. - Purposefully creating meaningful connections. - Proudly encouraging a sustainable lifestyle.
Description
In November 2020, the project was established to provide a learning environment for learners who's parent had no means of enrolling their wards in any school. The institution has all facilities of a modern school such as well furnished and airy classroom allocated for creche, nursery, kindergarten 1 & 2, huge collection of books to facilitate learning, a washroom with two bathrooms and five toilets and a vast play ground with various toys for the learners.
The school is licensed under the National Schools Inspection Authority.Tropigha education center is a project organized in offering infinite possibilities with learning and education to facilitate a thriving school community where all individuals under the project can flourish and positively impact the world around them. The project has been able to assist learners from different communities who were not able to communicate read nor write can now communicate fluently by the help of teachers.
Teachers under the project, have been able to deal with issues that the project faced by creating a supportive classroom environment, establishing clear routines, utilizing positive reinforcement and tailoring instructions to individual needs, building strong relationships to foster a positive nurturing classroom where learners feel safe and connected to their teachers and peers.

REQUIREMENTS
- This is a Done in a Day opportunity and there is no prior training or ongoing commitment needed.
- Must be at least 18
- Volunteers have to work from Monday to Friday, eight hours daily, from 8:00am to 4:00pm, whiles taking one hour breaks for lunch daily.
