Free Fluency Academy is seeking dedicated volunteer English teachers to support Spanish-speaking learners across Latin America. By teaching English online, you’ll help students in Guatemala, Honduras, Venezuela, and beyond develop essential language skills that open doors to new educational and career opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Teach conversational and practical English online in small group settings.
  2. Support students in gaining confidence in speaking, reading, and writing.
  3. Teach anywhere from 2 to 7 sessions per week based on your availability
Who Should Apply?
  • Native or non-native English speakers with a fluent command of Spanish.
  • Even if you only speak English, you can still volunteer! We need advanced English teachers to work with students at higher levels.

Free Fluency Academy is a global organization providing free, online English education to underserved communities. Our mission is to break down barriers to learning, offering accessible programs to individuals in developing countries, conflict zones, and immigrant communities. We connect passionate volunteers with eager students to help them build the language skills they need for personal and professional growth.

Our Programs

We offer English classes at all levels, from beginner to advanced, including specialized programs for speakers of Dari, Russian, Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic. All lessons are conducted online, making it easy for volunteers to participate from anywhere in the world.
