Join us in ensuring the American Red Cross maintains a dependable fleet ready to respond to emergencies and support our community initiatives. As a Fleet Coordinator volunteer, you'll play a vital role in organizing, maintaining, and documenting our vehicles, ensuring they're always ready for action.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct light maintenance and upkeep tasks to keep our vehicles in optimal condition, such as car washes and oil changes.
- Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with our fleet vendor and local automotive repair shops to oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with local service providers and staff to schedule timely preventive maintenance.
Time Commitment: A few hours one to three times per month for a one-year commitment.
