Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized volunteer Executive Assistant to support the President of the Brickell Miami Chamber of Commerce. This vital role involves assisting with daily operations, managing schedules, and facilitating communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the President, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. - Help organize events, meetings, and community outreach programs. - Maintain and update organizational databases and records. - Act as a liaison between the President and members, partners, and the community. - Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
