Role Overview:

As the Team Manager / Project Manager, youâ€(tm)ll oversee a team of marketing, communications, and social media specialists working to amplify HydraEarthâ€(tm)s mission. Youâ€(tm)ll be responsible for managing team tasks, ensuring progress on campaigns, and helping maintain alignment with our goals. This role is an excellent opportunity to support a meaningful cause while developing your leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Coordination: Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing and social media team.

- Strategy Implementation: Ensure marketing efforts align with HydraEarth's mission and goals.

- Progress Tracking: Monitor the team's progress and provide feedback to ensure deadlines are met.

- Resource Management: Support team members with necessary tools and resources.

- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on team progress to leadership.

- Team Development: Coach and mentor team members for professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Experience managing teams, particularly in a marketing or communications setting.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for environmental sustainability.

- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is helpful.
