Description
The Lead Me Back Foundation is an NGO in Zambia established in 2021 to promote quality education, good health and well-being for vulnerable communities and Climate Literacy. Under Quality Education we run a project called "Guardian for a Year" in five districts in Zambia. The project helps vulnerable children in rural and marginalized Zambian communities have access to quality education unhindered by providing them with school books, backpacks, shoes, stationery, and uniforms.
The organization has partnered with Individual Donors, Corporate Companies, and the Ministry of Education to implement this project. We have made over 350,000 donations in the form of different school essentials in Zambian vulnerable schools. In our pursuit of Good Health and Well-Being, we proudly spearhead Ubumi Care Clinics in rural regions, delivering free access to healthcare for underserved communities. These clinics stand as beacons of support, bolstering the Zambian government's endeavours to ensure every individual has equitable access to basic medical services, right within their localities.
Our collaborative efforts with individual donors, corporate partners, and governmental bodies have enabled us to make a meaningful impact, touching the lives of countless children and families across the country. As we move forward, we remain committed to our mission of creating a healthier, more equitable society for all Zambians, one where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
