Pachipamwe is more than an education nonprofit. We are a community of changemakers dedicated to empowering school students from low-income and marginalized backgrounds. Through our holistic approach to education, we provide ongoing mentorship and career guidance that goes beyond the classroom. We are expanding our Board of Directors and seeking passionate, skilled professionals to help grow our impact. If you are committed to educational equity and want to use your expertise to create lasting change, we invite you to apply to one of the following board positions:

• Legal Expert:

• Guide us through non-profit compliance, contracts, and legal matters

• Fundraising Specialist:

• Develop and execute donor campaigns to ensure long-term financial stability

• Community Liasion:

• Represent and advocate for the communities we serve, making sure that the program meets their needs

• Financial Expert:

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting for the strength of the foundation

• Marketing & Communications:

• Elevate our visibility and engagement through strategic messaging

• General Board Member:

• Bring fresh perspectives, contribute to overall strategy and support operations

This is a volunteer leadership role, requiring commitment to quarterly board meetings and active engagement with Pachipamwe's Mission.
