On Friday, April 11th, 2025, Family Housing Network (FHN) will proudly host its 7th Annual Heroes for Homeless Families Awards Dinner. This annual event is a hallmark of our commitment to honoring individuals and organizations in Northern Colorado that have demonstrated extraordinary dedication to assisting families with children experiencing homelessness.
FHN needs YOU to help make this event a success. We need volunteers to help with check-in, auction management, and setup. The event takes place at the Windsong Estate Event Center and we are hoping for volunteers to assist throughout the evening. If you can help the entire evening, that's great! If you can only help for part of the evening that is still incredibly helpful.

Mission Statement
FHN'S mission is to support families experiencing homelessness in order for them to achieve sustainable self-sufficiency in a timely and dignified manner. We provide a full range of emergency and stabilizing services needed by our guest parents and children, in collaboration with a diverse set of faith communities and partner agencies.
Description
Family Housing Network of Fort Collins has five core programs which address the range of needs of families along the continuum from homelessness to sustainable self-sufficiency. During intake, parents work with our Shelter Case Manager to identify eligibility for each program, and develop a plan to most effectively achieve independence. Throughout each week, they continue to meet with our Shelter Case Manager to brainstorm, trouble-shoot, and ensure progress toward goals. We collaborate with over 20 local and state partner agencies to address the range of needs of our guest parents and children.
