Yoga for Healing: Volunteer to Lead Women's Classes

We are looking for a compassionate and committed individual to lead a weekly yoga class for the women in our facility, the Center for Women and Children. This role requires a long-term commitment to teaching, ensuring participants have a consistent space to practice yoga and improve their well-being. The volunteer will be responsible for guiding the class, creating a safe and inclusive environment, and tailoring sessions to meet the needs of participants.

If you are passionate about yoga and are excited about supporting women in their wellness journey, we’d love to have you as part of our team! The ideal candidate should be experienced in leading group yoga sessions, have a caring and patient demeanor, and be able to commit to a regular schedule.

Some yoga mats are available for client use at our facilities but, additional donations are always welcome.
