Day One Doula Collective is looking for a dedicated Event Planning & Coordination Volunteer to help organize our Bumps + Babes Community Baby Shower-a special event that provides resources, support, and celebration for expecting and new parents in our community. If you love planning, coordinating logistics, and making events run smoothly, we’d love your help!

• Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination
• Help secure donations, sponsors, and community partnerships
• Organize vendor and resource tables
• Support outreach and promotion to ensure strong attendance
• Assist with setup, day-of coordination, and event wrap-up

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with event planning or a passion for community engagement
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to help bring the event to life
• Availability to assist in the weeks leading up to the event and on the event day
