Our Friendly Visiting Program matches volunteers with homebound and isolated older adults to help lessen their social isolation. Many of these clients cannot have in home visitors, but would really benefit from one phone call per week, knowing someone is out there who values what they have to say.

Services Now for Adult Persons, Inc. has accepted the challenge of being dedicated to the needs of older adults. SNAP provides direct services to enhance their quality of life. We also provide coordination of case plans, advocacy and linkages to community resources to assist our clients and to prevent premature institutionalization
Description
Services Now for Adult Persons Volunteer program is two-fold.
1. We help active senior citizens find volunteer opportunities in the community.
2. We recruit any age volunteers to assist homebound and more frail senior citizens in their every day needs. From just having tea and chatting to shoveling snow, all volunteers are so welcome and so appreciated.
