Become a volunteer driver! Patients in rural polk county face transportation barriers, and need our help to ensure they get to their appointments.
The Salem Health Connections program is a volunteer transportation service. Volunteers receive specialized training as well as free lunch at West Valley Hospital every shift.
Requirements:
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Pass a background check.
- Attend annual driver health checkups
- Other requirements as mentioned on the application.
