Mission Statement

Changing lives by providing children access to health and fitness education

Description

Active Plus has served the community by providing children with the necessary tools to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Our programs are led by top health educators and fitness instructors and focus on holistic health education. The combination of fitness and nutrition programs delivered in schools makes Active Plus a unique and comprehensive force to drive improved results in the areas of classroom performance, childhood obesity, and healthy lifestyle.

Active Plus’ mission statement is simple but is a full expression of our purpose and is the mantra that drives our everyday actions. Active Plus’ mission and core values are an integral part of the strategic plan and provide the foundation for the future. Our mission is to change lives by providing children access to health and fitness education.

At Active Plus, we dream of a world where access to smart, feasible holistic health education and activities are available to all children. We know that if we can engage children in being active, teach them to make healthy choices and make those choices as enticing and accessible as the alternatives, we can create a legacy of healthy habits and impact an entire generation. At Active Plus we dream big because we never want to stop fighting for our children. Our team is well prepared to see this vision to fruition, and together we can make it happen.
