Are you looking for a meaningful way to make a difference? Become an AseraCare Hospice volunteer and provide comfort, support, and companionship to individuals facing end-of-life challenges-all from the comfort of your home!

What You’ll Do:

• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families via phone or video calling
• Assist with administrative tasks like sending cards, writing letter, making patient calls
• Offer a listening ear, making patients and families feel valued, heard, and cared for
• Help bring moments of peace and dignity to those in their final stages of life.

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate, empathetic individuals with a desire to make a difference.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a comforting presence virtually.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
• No prior hospice or healthcare experience necessary, though it is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
