Responsibilities:
Update the website weekly with fresh content, including event announcements, community news, and other relevant information.
Ensure the website remains user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional across devices.
Manage basic website troubleshooting and ensure timely updates of plugins, themes, and security settings.
Collaborate with SPNA’s board members and committees to upload and highlight key initiatives.
Provide suggestions to improve the site’s content and usability as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in website management platforms, ideally WordPress.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Interest in community engagement and SPNA’s mission.
This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute their skills to enhance a vibrant neighborhood while earning a small stipend.
Time Commitment: Approximately 1-3 hours per week.
Compensation:
This is a volunteer position with a small stipend provided as a token of appreciation for your contributions.
