VOLUNTEER SPECIFICS:
We are looking for 15 - 30 volunteers to assist with event set-up, registration and merchandise donation tables onsite at Scottsdale Harley-Davidson.
We also need a few volunteers to assist with set-up at The Buffalo Chip Saloon & Grill in Cave Creek. We need people that are skilled with dealing poker cards and to assist with raffle table set-up and ticket sales.
Minimum 4 hours of volunteer service required. In exchange you will receive a free 2025 ride ticket. Training to take place virtually via Teams Meetings and/or at Scottsdale Harley-Davidson, upper mezzanine on March 22, 2025, 11am. Beverages and snacks will be provided. Approximate volunteer hours will be from 8-8:30am to 11-11:30am.
VOLUNTEERS MUST REGISTER THROUGH THE EVENTBRITE LINK. Please feel free to call Robin at 602-391-4353 for more details. Best hours to call are 4pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday and 11am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Leave a message if no answer. She may be on the phone with a client.
Abot the Event: Tillman's Ride is an annual fundraiser event in honor of Pat Tillman and ALL service members, past and present, as well as law enforcement and firefighters who have sacrificed so much to keep our country and its citizens safe. Our annual Tillman’s Ride event has been supported by participants from all over the country and has raised over $140,000.00 in funds, which have been donated to the Pat Tillman Foundation. Pat Tillman put an all-star NFL career with the Arizona Cardinals on hold to serve his country after the 9/11 attacks. After Pat’s death, in 2004, family and friends founded the Pat Tillman Foundation with a $1.25 million pledge to Arizona State University. Today the Pat Tillman Foundation invests in military veterans and their spouses through academic scholarships - building a diverse community of leaders committed to service to others.
It's a very happy event. Particpants are excited to meet new friends and donate to a worthwhile event. People arrive from all over the US to attend.

- Must be able to communicate with attendees, stand for 3 hours & assist event coordinators. We need a few technical people to assist with processing credit cards via Square. MUST be friendly & flexible in assigned duties.
