The purpose of this project is to create high quality digital images of the herbarium specimens
in the Olympic National Park herbarium in order to make the images and associated data
available remotely to the public through the Consortium of Northwest Herbaria database
system.
Major Duties:
- Photograph herbarium specimens
- Record herbarium specimen data
- Provide herbarium specimen data and images to Consortium of Northwest Herbaria
Supplies
- All necessary equipment will be provided.
We are looking for volunteers who are available Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 9 am - 3 pm. Volunteers are not required to stay the full 6 hours.
