- This is a community to community project built hand to hand by community volunteers-

On Saturday June 7th 2025 at the Alief Community Center PVI4U.ORG-TV - Houston Community Television Nework will officiall launch our community channel in an inclusive public live presentation.

During our free to the public live presentation I (Pressley Giles, JR.) will host a live television recording of "The Artists Circle". In the televised program Houston artists come together to shaowcase and discuss life as a Houston artist. Artist of all generes, all cultures and ALL Houston communities will come together as one.

Our over all objective is to bring Houston community neighborhoods together trhough the arts and entrepreneurship.

In order to make the project the success it can be we will need a powerful team of dedicated volunteers.

Currently, we are looking for team leaders in a varitey of areas. Those Team leaders will pull together their own volunteer team members together.

Team Leaders needed

1) Volunteer Coordinator - Reponsibilies include finding and organizing program volunteers. This volunteer will be responsible for the finding and organizing of all volunteers in all areas of PVI4U.ORG - TV

2) Media and Social Media developer Coordinator - Responsibailites include developing printed and social media program outlets for PVI4U.ORG-TV. Over all media and social media program promotions for all aspects of the program.

Including: A) Update current website

B) Develop a monthly newsletter

C) Write press-releases for Houston community newspapers

D) Create flyers

E) Take photos and shoot videos of all meetings and events

3) Fundraisin Committee Developer and Organizer - This position or position(s) are essentual to the growth of our organization. This Volunteer's ojective is to raise funds for PVI4U.ORG - TV Organization.

A) Our goal is to raaise $25,000 dollars for the 7th. 2025 live television launch.

B) Year end program goal $1000,000 dollars

C) Budgeting (CEO will finalize all payments)

D) Formulate the June 7th live event into a successful fundraising event.

E) Viewer contributution donations

F) Working closely with our Board of Directors, CEO, Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator as well as relevant legal and ethical guidelines related to corporate philanthropy and fundraising.

4) Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator - This Volunteeer will find and coordinate corporate sponsors for the network. We will produce 10 artistc community television pilots. Each of those pilots will require a corporate sponsor. All programs must be produced for launch June 7th 2025 live event. (This is A division of the Fundraising committee)

A) Finding potential Corporate sponsors for the organization.

B) Developing sponsorship packages

C) Pitching our organizations approved proposals

D) Negotiating sponsorship agreemants

E) Building long term relationships with sponsors is EXTREMELY important to the long term existance of our organization.

F) Working closely with our Board of Directors, CEO, our Fundraising Committee as well as relevant legal and ethical guidelines related to phianthropy and Fundraising.

5) Entrepreneural / Small Business promotions coordinator - PVI4U.ORG-TV is not just about community artists it also represents the Houston small business community as well. Between program there will be entrepreneural/small business promotions representing Houston's various communities and neighborhoods. The same rules apply to the small business participants as apply to artists. Currently there are no membership fees applied to artists. However, in the furure a small membership fee may apply for small businesses to participate.

6) PVI4U.ORG - TV - Television Production Coordinator - This volunteer leader organizes all technological aspects of televison production and editing.

A) Lead our production team

B) Gathering of participation material

C) Video Editors

D) Video camera operators

7) Youth Program Coordinator - The volunteer works with Houston schools developing youth programs and insuring the saftey of each youth particatant.

A) Develop parental approval sheet

B) Work Directly with all youth particaipants

8) June 7th Live Event Planner - This volunteer will plan and oganize the live June 7th event. This will include food, drinks etc.

PVI4U.ORG -TV or Houston Community Television Network will officially launch our Houston/Harris County television network dedicated Houston artists and community concerns. The launching of the network will be an inclusive live television broadcast presentation at The Alief Community Center June 7th 2025. This program is designed not only to support Houston artists but entrepreneurs as well. With community funding we will produce 10 community television series to air on our own PVI4U.ORG - TV network. Each series will focus on different artistic discipline such as Visual Arts, Music, Fashion, Theatre, Writers, Dance, Film each representing the various communities / neighborhoods within the City of Houston, Harris County and surrounding areas. We are looking for volunteers in ALL areas. Currently, our most immediate need of those skilled in the areas of Social Media marketing. Any assistance, any time you could offer in the further development of this ambitious project will be greatly appreciated. For volunteers this is a wonderful opportunity to be on the ground floor of a program that opens communication through Houston artists and entrepreneurs. This is going to be fun!!!
