Become a Lead Volunteer to take on a more impactful role in helping families build and improve their homes. As a Lead, you'll guide and monitor other volunteers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and teamwork on construction sites. You'll also play a key role in organizing workdays, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that each project runs smoothly. You will also communicate with the Volunteer Coordinator on what days/times you need volunteers and how many, as well as sign volunteers in/out of a job site. This leadership role not only strengthens your skills in project management and team-building but also deepens your connection to the mission of providing affordable housing for those in need. *8 hours of online training required
