We believe that with a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and a better optimization for search engines, we will be able to increase donations, attract more volunteers, and drive impactful change within target population.

Qualifications and Skills:

The candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.

• Considerable WordPress experience, including:
• Ability to work with Google's Tag Implementation Team if necessary
• Some SEO experience
• Some Google Ads experience
• Ability to participate in online meetings; i.e. Google Meet, typically scheduled during normal working hours
• Please explain your general availability for; replying to emails, answer phone calls, participate in online meetings
• A working knowledge with applications such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• A willingness to review your website as part of the interview process, including temporary access to the backend.

Volunteer work is totally virtual.

Why Girl Now Woman Later?

Mission: Girl Now Woman Later is on a mission to educate girls about menstrual health and reduce period shame. GNWL also works to increase the graduation rate for middle school and high school girls in Burkina Faso. We strongly believe that an educated girl will develop into an emancipated woman.

Vision: A world in which a girl’s education is not abandoned or taken away because of her gender, where she can freely pursue her education, become skilled at anything that she desires, still be a girl, and grow into a woman.
