We create financial stability for artists by providing them with the resources to help them succeed. We also coordinate creative impact events that engage the community while cultivating strong business skills and relationships. Our programming consists of local art gallery staging, professional development events, public art, marketing support, resource sharing, opportunity cultivation, career training, and internships.

About Our Program:

Operation ARTS Foundation offers Internships to qualified undergraduate and graduate students, as well as recent graduates. All Internships are on a rolling 3-6+ months basis and are flexible to your schools requirements. These positions provide the opportunity for interns to contribute to various projects, events, and activities while learning the day-to-day functions of arts promotions in both live and digital marketplaces. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining mentorship and hands-on industry exposure. While this is an unpaid internship, college credit can be arranged. This is an unpaid internship however credit can be arranged with your college/university. Benefits can include portfolio development, professional consulting, letter of recommendation, refreshments on site, potential paid job referrals, industry experience and more. Working with Operation ARTS Foundation offers a wide variety of real-world experience using many skills for your major and building your portfolio for professional development. Description:

We are looking for a qualified intern to join our video production, social media marketing, and editing efforts. We are looking for an individual capable of learning and thriving in this fast-paced and ever-evolving creative environment. We work with different production companies looking for a creative videographer / editor to make product videos, social media content, product demonstrations, and commercials. We need a fun, motivated, reliable, self-starter who thrives in an open creative environment. You will have the creative freedom to create and produce content for a variety of products, categories, and brands. Responsible for video production from start to finish, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.

Learning Goals:

Learning outcomes will be tailored based on the intern’s academic requirements and career objectives. Interns will gain practical experience in video production, digital marketing, and creative storytelling.

We are currently marketing our services by creating and implementing new marketing strategies that include videography for promotional commercials, graphic design, media kits, social media campaigns and a sleuth of other techniques.   • Hands-on experience in videography and social media marketing.

  • Shadowing, mentoring, and training with industry professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with video production, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.

  • Create engaging video content for product demonstrations, commercials, and social media.

  • Work with production teams to develop compelling visual storytelling.

  • Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing (After Effects knowledge is a plus).

  • Maintain organization within a digital workflow and manage video assets.

  • Apply lighting and audio recording techniques to enhance production quality.

  • Collaborate on marketing strategies involving videography for promotional content.

Internship Requirements:

  • Major in film, media, communications, or related fields.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).

  • Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat).

  • Energetic, creative, and eager to learn.

Additional Qualifications:

- All individuals must be 20 years of age or older

- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student, or a recent graduates

- Committed to the full duration of the internship assignment, including work schedule and punctuality

- Candidates must have access to reliable transportation and device with consistent internet access

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

- Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential.

- Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable.

- Self Motivated and good time management skills.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team.
