Work alongside our Financial Team (Treasurer and Bookkeeper) and Grant Writing Team (Interns and Reviewers) to ensure our financials are sound for state, federal, and grant compliance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience with nonprofit accounting
  • Experience with QuickBooks online (ideally the nonprofit version)

Duties/Responsiblities:

  • Work alongside our volunteer professional Bookeeper to help:
  • Close each month's and quarter's accounting in Quickbooks
  • Create financial reports for grant applications
  • Track in-kind donations
  • Annual closing & c omplete 990 EZ
  • 1099s & W9s

Educate. Radiate. Elevate.’s purpose is to strengthen the educational achievement of socio-economically disadvantaged students by providing them with high-quality instruction from experienced tutors who will assist them with academics and test prep as well as essential learning and life skills.
