Host Bingo at the FCC Shelter!
Our shelter guests are given a temporary stay so that some of their basic needs and dignities can be met. This is a huge support for the people we serve but life is so much more than just basic needs. Bingo is a great way to have fun and get away from any stressors in their lives to let loose.
Shelter staff have held bingo before, but they don’t always have the time or budget for it. This is an opportunity for a person or group to fill the gap and offer an enriching experience for shelter guests. There is a maximum of 48 beds, and the shelter is usually at capacity. Not every shelter guest participates in bingo every time, but we want to make sure we have enough prizes just in case. Prizes can be purchased from the Dollar Tree or other budget friendly stores, but people are free to shop elsewhere too.
