We are in need of volunteers and participants in our Inaugural 5K walk/run and Health Expo in Downtown Tampa on 2/23/2025. This event will start at 9am and end at 1pm. Volunteers are reaquired to arraive bhttps://www.zeffy.com/ticketing/hearts-of-valor-5k-and-health-expoy 7:30 am on the day of the event. we will have a volunteer meeting via Zoom prior to the event.

Our mission is to build community awareness about living a heart-healthy lifestyle through public health awareness forums, accessible information, and resources. Supporting individuals diagnosed with cardiovascular disease as well as providing support to family members and loved ones that are affected by cardiovascular disease. We offer support to health professionals in their work to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage heart disease.
Description
Hearts of Valor Inc. is a 501c3 public health, non-profit organization dedicated to education, prevention, and treatment management of cardiovascular diseases. This is accomplished by providing information and resources via community outreach programs and spreading awareness through participation in local events.
