Mission Statement
Our mission at S&S Success Center is to equip young people with godly principles and essential life skills, empowering them for success. Guided by the Word of God, we inspire teens to thrive spiritually, personally, and professionally.
Description
S&S Success Center is a faith-based organization founded in 2021 by two women who, as teenagers, faced significant life challenges while searching for direction. Their lives transformed after encountering Jesus and discovering the true meaning of success. Reflecting on their experiences, they realized the value of a supportive community that could empathize with teenage struggles and provide guidance and leadership.
Together with five board members experienced in mental health and counseling, they established S&S Success Center to empower young people with godly principles and essential life skills to make sound decisions and achieve success. Rooted in the Word of God, we teach youth that they are "fearfully and wonderfully made" and that God’s plan for them is to prosper and thrive.
Our programs focus on mentorship, spiritual growth, community accountability, academic support, and preparation for college and career success. Since our founding, we have hosted youth events such as urban line dancing and marathon runs, fostering engagement and community connections.
We are now preparing to launch our first Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program in the Montgomery area and are seeking volunteers to help us expand our outreach and impact.
