PDRI is looking for a dedicated volunteer to join our team as a Monitoring and Evaluation Trainer. In this role, you will help train and guide our staff and partners on how to monitor and evaluate projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods.
  • Provide support and guidance on setting up M&E systems.
  • Help staff understand how to measure the success of projects and improve their performance.
  • Share best practices and tools related to M&E.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or related fields.
  • Ability to teach and explain M&E concepts clearly.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about helping others learn and grow.

Time Commitment: Flexible (to be agreed upon)
