Halfway Flat Campground is a small, eight site campground in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The Naches River runs alongside the campground, camp hosts can take advantage of this river side location to fish, dip into the cool river water, or just enjoy the babble of the river. The site is first come, first serve and volunteers are needed to act as campground hosts. Checking visitors in, answering questions and ensuring visitors are following regulations would be a primary job duty. Other duties would include cleaning bathrooms, picking up litter, and maintaining sites between visitors. The ideal candidate will live on-site throughout the summer, and full hook-ups are provided for an RV or trailer.
