As a Volunteer Office Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our nonprofit. Your time and efforts will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission. This position is fully volunteer-based and is ideal for someone who is organized, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute their time and skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic office duties, including filing, organizing documents, and managing paperwork.
  • Respond to emails and assist with follow-ups with stakeholders and partners.
  • Help schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Support event preparation, coordination, and logistics.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed.

Most of the work can be done virtually- but there are opportunities to do in person events. We also have a office space you are welcome to work at.
