Volunteer Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Work on creative projects from concept to execution, including events, campaigns, and content creation.
* Brand Building: Help shape and develop Kollective Kandor’s vision and initiatives to reflect its mission.
* Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with other creatives to produce meaningful work that aligns with the nonprofit’s values and goals.
* Entrepreneurial Problem-Solving: Address challenges faced by the nonprofit and find innovative solutions to support its growth.
* Community Engagement: Build relationships with creators and partners to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.

Description
Kollective Kandor was founded in 2023 to support independent creatives who face systemic barriers, including low-income, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and disabled individuals. Our programs focus on providing free access to housing, tools, mentorship, and wellness resources, helping creators build sustainable careers. Through partnerships with brands and organizations, we offer opportunities for collaboration and professional growth, ensuring that the voices of underserved artists are heard and valued.
