Volunteer Responsibilities

Kollective Kandor was founded in 2023 to support independent creatives who face systemic barriers, including low-income, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and disabled individuals. Our programs focus on providing free access to housing, tools, mentorship, and wellness resources, helping creators build sustainable careers. Through partnerships with brands and organizations, we offer opportunities for collaboration and professional growth, ensuring that the voices of underserved artists are heard and valued.
