Lions Pride Mentoring is on a mission to transform Chicago’s educational landscape by helping more students graduate from high school and achieve economic sustainability. Through the power of peer mentoring, we focus on leadership development, career exploration, and mental well-being. Join us in making an impact as a Mentor Coach!

What You'll Do
As a Mentor Coach, you will:
- Dedicate 1 hour per month to meet with your mentee during the academic year.
- Provide advice and guidance tailored to your mentee’s goals.
- Attend short training sessions and periodic check-ins with the Lions Pride team.
- Use Lions Pride Mentoring resources to support your mentoring journey.
No prior experience is required-we’ll provide the tools and support you need to succeed!
How to Apply
- Submit your application between Janurary 16th - Janurary 24th
- Complete a brief Google Form and submit your resume.
- Programming begins in January 2025 and ends in June 2025

Lion’s Pride Mentoring is committed to providing opportunities for our students to connect and engage with the greater Chicago community and cultivate skills that will benefit their future careers. We welcome volunteers to participate in various activities, from speaking at program sessions to leading skill development workshops.
