ORGANIZATION: ALPHA ARTS GUILD INCORPORATED

The Volunteer Chair will lead and inspire the Alpha Arts Guild's volunteer efforts, serving as the driving force behind this new committee. This role requires a passionate leader to recruit, organize, and motivate volunteers to support the Guild’s mission and programs. Key responsibilities include developing a strategic volunteer plan, fostering strong relationships with volunteers, coordinating efforts for events and initiatives (may work closely with Community Outreach Chair), and ensuring an engaging and rewarding volunteer experience.

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about arts and community impact. This is a unique opportunity to shape the Guild’s volunteer program from the ground up and create meaningful contributions to the arts community.

Description

Established in 2008, the Alpha Arts Guild is a non-profit organization of members from the Alpharetta area who deeply appreciate art and who also make art.

The Guild perpetually enjoys welcoming new members.

The Guild members show their passion for art and making art through their participation in guild-only shows and other shows, member meetings, delivering lectures and workshops, as well as community art-related volunteerism. They believe in art’s tremendous power to enrich the community, as well as their own lives.
