ORGANIZATION: Friends of the Palo Alto Library

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help manage a native pollinator garden at the Cubberley Community Center in partnership with the Imagination Lab School. This is a wonderful opportunity to get involved in nature conservation and enjoy the outdoors.

Duties:

  • Primarily weeding to maintain the health of the garden.

  • Engaging in nature journaling and weekly observations to document the garden's growth and the pollinators it attracts.

  • Opportunity to participate in a nature journaling lesson by Juanita Salisbury to kickstart your journaling journey.

Schedule: 2hr weekly sessions.
